Terms and Conditions

These terms describe use of the Rosyglenkitchen discovery interface and its externally hosted game player.

What the interface provides

Rosyglenkitchen presents eight named browser games, launch controls, a player shell and optional browser-local recent game history. It does not require a first-party account merely to browse or launch a game. A launch requests content from an external game host.

External game content

The actual games are hosted through GameMonetize. They may display advertising, use cookies or storage, and process technical connection information. Their content, controls, availability and compatibility can change independently of this interface. Additional provider terms may apply to external content.

A game’s appearance in the collection does not guarantee uninterrupted access, compatibility with your device or browser, or any particular loading time. If a game is unavailable, close the player to return to the collection.

Lawful and acceptable use

Use the interface and games lawfully. Do not attempt to compromise the site or external host, bypass access controls, disrupt availability, introduce malicious code, or misuse another person’s rights or data. Do not use automated activity to interfere with normal operation.

Artwork and game rights

Game titles, artwork and externally hosted game content may be protected by intellectual-property rights held by their respective rights holders. Access through this interface does not transfer ownership or grant rights to redistribute or commercially exploit that content. Respect applicable rights and any terms supplied with the game.

Local history and player controls

Recently Played is an optional browser-local list of launches, limited to six distinct games. It is not a cloud save, account or game-progress backup. Browser settings, private browsing or storage limits can remove or prevent it. Disabling memory does not disable Play.

Close game unloads the external frame. Escape while this page has focus and selecting outside the player use the same cleanup. Closing does not remove data the external provider has already stored.

Availability and scope

Site access can be affected by connectivity, browser behavior, maintenance and external-host availability. The interface does not promise that every game will remain available or unchanged. Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude rights or protections that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.

Read Privacy and the Cookie Policy for information about local memory and external content.
